Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Harborlight Mill Freight is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
