Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Nova Timber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Phoenix. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
