Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Bluepeak Loom Pharma develops and makes medicines in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
