Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Ironwood Maple Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Fresno. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
