Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Ironwood Stone Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Wichita, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
