Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Lumen Stone Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Miami region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
