Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Summit Vista Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Houston. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
