Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Foxglove Field Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Chicago. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
