Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Silverline Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
