Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Stonegate Corner Construction Holdings delivers building projects for owners across the Orlando region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
