Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Harborlight Meridian Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Tucson, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 946 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
