Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Westbrook Haven Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Reno region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
