Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Harborlight Vale Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
