Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Northwind Sable Manufacturing is a Baltimore manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 764 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
