Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Bluepeak Fox Housing manages affordable housing communities across San Antonio. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
