Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Cedar Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Boise region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 759 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
