Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Northwind Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
