Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Lumen Corner Markets is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
