Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Rivermark Wren Freight is a Atlanta logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to carrier rates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support carrier rates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
