Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Northwind Loom Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Anchorage region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
