Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Lumen Cross Facilities Partners is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
