Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Bright Lakeside Freight Partners is a Honolulu logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to carrier rates at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
