Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Ironwood Quarry Freight is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to proof of delivery at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
