Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Rivermark Bright Housing is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
