Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Northwind Ridge Auto Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
