Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Summit North Housing is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
