Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Silverline Drift Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Boston. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
