Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Foxglove Birch Farms is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
