Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Clearpath Union Facilities is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
