Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Rivermark Vale Manufacturing makes precision components in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
