Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Nova Lakeside Health runs clinics and patient services around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
