Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vista Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
