Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Portland, OR)

Bright Cobalt Pharma Partners supports drug development and manufacturing around Portland, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
