Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Portland, OR)

Harborlight Bright Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Portland, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
