Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Pittsburgh, PA)

Lumen Ivory Foods is a Pittsburgh food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
