Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Haven Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
