Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Philadelphia, PA)

Stonegate Granite Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 670 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
