Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Philadelphia, PA)

Westbrook Corner Markets serves neighbourhoods around Philadelphia with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
