Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Philadelphia, PA)

Rivermark Bridge Freight is a Philadelphia logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
