Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Philadelphia, PA)

Harborlight Ivory Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
