Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Corner Markets and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
