Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook Willow Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Orlando, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
