Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Timber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Orlando, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 344 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
