Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Yarrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Orlando with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
