Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Linden Foods Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
