Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Wilder Markets serves neighbourhoods around Oklahoma City with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
