Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Nova Loom Early Learning and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
