Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge River Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Oklahoma City producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
