Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Willow Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Oklahoma City region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
