Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Pike Construction is a Oklahoma City contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
